What is BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)?
Outsourcing refers to hiring professionals outside a company to do a task which is normally performed in-house. In a traditional business model, a company would hire a person to perform a dedicated service internally – i.e. a call centre agent to take inbound calls.
In outsourcing, a third-party company (such as OmTalent) will allocate you a team member to perfrom these functions as well as taking care of recruitment, hiring, payroll, management – in a much more cost effective model.

Do I need internal systems to work with OmTalent?
Yes you do. OmTalent provides and sets up a workstation for your outsourced team member and we’ll assist to integrate with all your systems and software (VOIP, CRM, Email). We make use of your internal systems for data privicy and simplicity purposes. OmTalent makes use of a seamless onboarding process where you will work closely with our integration team. This is to ensure your team is fully connected to the same systems and communication tools that you are currently using.

Who facilitates training of my outsourced team?
We suggest you allocate an internal training facilitator as no-one knows your business as well as you and your current staff do. OmTalent provides additional sales and skill development training (at no additional cost) based on the team members role.
How do I make sure that my team is doing their job?
Firstly, your team are yours and you are welcome to implement any internal management processes. You are also encouraged to engage with your team directly. Furthermore, OmTalent assigns every team (no matter the size) an in-house team lead who will be monitoring that they are meeting the KPI’s and metrics we’ll set out in the onboarding process. Furthermore, every client is assigned a dedicated account manager who will be the central point of contact for work, tasks, feedback, queries etc. Additionally, we send out weekly and monthly feedback reports.

I don’t have any systems, how can I make this work?
No problem, our integrations team will work closely with you to understand your requirements and help implement a system for your business, in your home country. Once you have accepted our proposal we will schedule a one-on-one meeting with one of our integration experts to assist and advise you. When advising on implementing new systems we will always ensure that this system has all the capabilities to empower both your local and OmTalent team.
Can I meet my team before I commit to work with you?
Yes, once you sign a proposal part of our onboarding processes allows and encourages you to meet with your potential team before they start working. You will not be required to make any financial commitment until you are satisifed with your chosen team member/s and they are ready to start working. We want you to be completely confident in your outsourced team member/s from the beginning.
How do you help manage our outsourced team?
There is no one size fits all method, every company and industry operates differently. During our onboarding, we will discuss the team management process. The management structure will vary depending on the number of team members in your team. We pride oursleves in providing a bespoke service catering to our clients specific needs.
What is the cost of using OmTalent?
Our business is your business, literally. As clichè as that may sound, our number one focus is providing you with the most efficient, cost effective and highly skilled team. We have a number of pricing structures which we would love to discuss.

Can I outsource even though I’m a small business?
Absolutely. You don’t have to be a large company to outsource. In fact, most of our clients are small – medium sized businesses, who have been taking advantage of our cost effective and innovative solution.
How many people can be part of my team?
At OmTalent there is no minimum or maximum number of team members required to make use of our service. Your team can range from 1 person to 100 people (or more). Although, we see the biggest success initially with teams that start with 5 to 15 people.
Can I change the size of my team?
We love growing with our clients! Simply speak to your account manager if you are ready to grow your team and let’s get started!
How long does the onboarding process take?
The time period from our initial meeting to your team’s first day is roughly 3 weeks / 15 business days. This includes an initial meeting, staff recruitment, interviews, training, contract signing and technology setup. However, we have got teams up and running in just a few days – we’ll move as quickly as you would like 🙂
What do I do if there is an issue I need to address?
One of the benefits of working with OmTalent is that we provide full time support for you and your outsourced team member. If there is anything you need to discuss please reach out to your dedicated account manager and the issue will be dealt with immediately.
